TAC College is a professional adult education and vocational training centre dedicated to helping individuals build practical skills and successfully integrate into Quebec’s workforce.
Supported by the Government of Quebec and delivered in collaboration with the English Montreal School Board, we offer recognized vocational programs in:
Our publicly funded programs allow eligible students to study free of charge, with access to government loans and bursaries.
At TAC College, we go beyond training — we empower adults, newcomers, and career changers to gain confidence, develop in-demand skills, and achieve long-term professional growth.

The Retail Sales Consultant program prepares students to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build trust to develop long-term customer loyalty.
Students also gain practical skills in merchandise management, in-store presentation, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

This program equips students with the knowledge, skills, and professional mindset required to become qualified wholesale sales representatives.
Students learn how to establish and maintain long-term client relationships, effectively manage sales territories, and adapt quickly and confidently to the wholesale business environment.

This program equips students with practical accounting skills, including preparing payments, managing financial transactions, processing payroll, and calculating costs and pricing. Students also develop competencies in year-end procedures, income tax preparation, and setting up and maintaining an effective accounting system.

This program prepares students to become Travel Sales Consultants by developing essential industry knowledge and practical skills.
Training includes destination information, reservations and billing, travel package sales, transportation and accommodation arrangements, travel insurance, international travel requirements, and foreign currency fundamentals.

This program prepares students for administrative roles such as secretary, office clerk, and other office support positions within an organization.
Students develop strong communication skills, proficiency in office software applications, and essential organizational and administrative competencies required in today’s workplace.

This program provides students with the essential knowledge and competencies needed to start a business. Students learn how to evaluate a business idea, research market information, plan business activities, develop marketing and sales strategies, prepare a business plan, identify required resources, and understand financing procedures to launch and operate a successful business.

All courses in this section are delivered fully online, with no in-person classes required.
Students complete their studies remotely. Occasional on-site visits may be required for administrative purposes, such as document signing, but not for classroom instruction.
