Acquire the necessary competencies for successfully running a new business from scratch. Students will learn and practice business procedures and tools.

For the preparation of becoming a retail sales consultant, this program will not only help students learn to sell products or services, but also how to offer solutions corresponding to the needs of the clientele, provide advice, and establish an atmosphere of trust and build customer loyalty by offering personalized services that meet customer expectations. This will include managing and displaying in-store merchandise, as well as providing after-sales services.

Acquire the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to become a qualified sales representative in wholesale, to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, to manage sales territories, and to adapt to the wholesale establishment easily and quickly. 

This program provides the skills necessary to complete accounting tasks, such as calculating and preparing bills, invoices, receipts, and business payments, managing money, producing a payroll, and calculating prices. Tasks for the end of a fiscal period and the end of year, the production of income tax forms, and the creation of an accounting system are skills that the students will develop in this program.

Acquire the knowledge to become a travel sales consultant, such as information about destinations, reservations, billing, travel package selling, transportation and lodging packages, travel insurance, travel requirements for entering and exiting a country, foreign currency, and exchange rates. 

Acquire and develop the skills required to become a member of an organization, such as a secretary, office clerk, and other related occupations. Develop skills such as bilingual communication, knowledge of office software, and organization.
